1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, booking a session, enrolling in a program, or purchasing any product or service from Sandy King Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
Sandy King Coaching provides the following services:
1:1 Coaching Sessions (individual sessions or packages)
The Courage Call — complimentary 30-minute discovery call
Group programs, workshops, or courses (as offered from time to time)
Digital products, resources, and downloadable content
All services are subject to availability. Sandy King reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service or offering at any time.
3. Coaching Relationship & Disclaimer
Sandy King is an ICF Certified Coach and Master NLP Practitioner. Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support your personal growth and development. It is important to understand:
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment, and is not a substitute for mental health care.
Sandy King does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological advice.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional care.
Results from coaching are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances.
4. Bookings & Scheduling
Sandy King is an ICF Certified Coach and Master NLP Practitioner. Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support your personal growth and development. It is important to understand:
Sessions must be booked through our official scheduling system.
You are responsible for showing up on time. Sessions will begin and end as scheduled regardless of late arrival.
Sandy King Coaching reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: eligible for rescheduling at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: the session may be forfeited or charged in full, at Sandy's discretion.
No-shows (without notice): the session will be considered used and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Coach Cancellations
In the rare event Sandy must cancel, you will receive a full rescheduling option or refund for that session.
6. Payments & Fees
All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through Payment Platform — e.g., Stripe / PayPal / GHL.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Existing bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
Payment plans, where offered, must be maintained as agreed. Missed payments may result in suspension of services.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of coaching services:
1:1 coaching sessions are generally non-refundable once the session has been completed.
Coaching packages: if you are unsatisfied after your first session, please contact us to discuss. Refunds for unused sessions within a package may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If Sandy cancels a program or offering in its entirety, a full refund will be issued.

8. Confidentiality
Sandy King Coaching is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during sessions. Session content will not be shared with any third parties without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
Clients are also asked to respect the confidentiality of any content shared in group programs or community spaces.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, programs, courses, materials, and resources — including written content, frameworks, tools, worksheets, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Sandy King Coaching and is protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any of our content without prior written permission. Personal use for your own growth and development is permitted.
10. Testimonials & Likeness
If you provide a testimonial or feedback, you grant us permission to use it on our website and marketing materials (with your first name or initials, unless otherwise agreed). We will never publish your full name, image, or identifying details without your explicit consent.
11. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded only with the explicit consent of both parties. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed without written permission from Sandy King Coaching.
12. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandy King Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of AU.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect changes. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
